There are usually several reasons why cavity wall insulation may need removing, the main one being that the insulation has become damp and ineffective which can cause issues. Another common problem is a bad install, which causes there to be voids withing the cavity where there is no insulation. Our removal costs start from just £15 per m2, this can go up depending on the materials used in the initial install, as well as the condition of that material and the external walls.
